Rising Sun Kick is a monk class talent. It is automatically learned by Windwalker monks.

For Mistweaver monks it cost 1.5% of base mana, for Windwalker monks it cost 2 Chi. In PvP, it is a reduced healing ability.

Tips and tricks

For Mistweavers in Dragonflight, this ability interacts with a number of talents. The talents [Rapid Diffusion] and [Rising Mist] allow Rising Sun Kick to extend or spread the Heal over Time spell [Renewing Mist], and regenerate mana with [Spirit of the Crane]. These effects increase mana efficiency. Rising Sun Kick is also able to activate [Ancient Teachings] and [Invoke Chi-Ji, the Red Crane] to provide healing. Finally, for more casts of the ability it can be refreshed via [Blackout Kick] (with the talents [Teachings of the Monastery] and [Ancient Concordance]), or have its cooldown shortened by [Thunder Focus Tea].
