The rush'kah[1] is a special ceremonial mask used by shadow hunters. Rush'kah masks channel the spirits of their dark gods[2] which are likely loa.

Currently there are no in-game troll shadow hunters who uses the Rush'kah but it is mentioned in Shadows of the Horde. Only other wooden masks are used.

In the RPG

In olden times, shadow hunters donned special Rush'kah masks when performing ceremonies. As they traveled throughout the lands of Azeroth, many shadow hunters wore these unique ceremonial masks to cover their features and inspire fear in others.[3]
