Rutsak's Guard.
Rutsak's Guard[66, 35] is a Forsaken outpost watching over Gilneas City in the Ruins of Gilneas. It is based out of an abandoned manor house, northeast of the city and east of Dreadwatch Outpost. After communication was lost with this post, it was discovered all the occupants had been slain, except for their leader Captain Rutsak, whom was left alive on purpose.
Heroes are sent here during 
[5-30] Break in Communications: Rutsak's Guard to investigate the situation. Captain Rutsak is found cowering inside where he informs the heroes that the 7th Legion is involved.
