Sang'thraze the Deflector is dropped from Antu'sul in Zul'Farrak.

Sang'thraze the Deflector can be combined with another Zul'Farrak sword, 
[Jang'thraze the Protector], to create the two-handed sword 
[Sul'thraze the Lasher]. This consumes both swords and cannot be undone, and enchantments on the swords will likewise not be preserved. Note that for some classes, such as monks and rogues, this can result in a weapon that can no longer be equipped.
