Skypeak is a mountain east of Dire Maul near the border between Feralas and Thousand Needles with a roaring waterfall coming from its peak.[1] The wyvern nest of One-Eye and her three cubs is located there. The druid Thalyss Greyoak had a drunken night near the mountain 9,013 years ago. That was the only time he slept in the wild in 10,000 years.[2]
Some time after the Cataclysm, Aramar Thorne, Makasa Flintwill, Murky and Thalyss rescued One-Eye and her cubs from the Gordunni ogre's captivity in Dire Maul and returned to the mountain. Thalyss was mortally wounded and died soon after being brought atop the mountain. One-Eye took them southeast near the border where she dug a hole for the deceased elf. A crystal shard of Aram's compass was also located near here.[3]
At its base there's sand.[4]
