Notes

Not affected by the global cooldown.

Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): No longer available to Mistweaver monks.
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): No longer Silences the target if they're facing the Monk.
Patch 5.3.0 (2013-05-21): Now locks a spell school out for 4 seconds, down from 5 seconds.
Patch 5.2.0 (2013-03-05): Spear Hand Strike, used on a target that's facing the Monk silences them for 2 seconds (was 4 seconds).
Patch 5.1.0 (2012-11-27): Now costs 10 energy (was 30).
