Sporelok are sporelings found in Funggor Cavern. They can be seen fighting the Marsh Lurkers and Marsh Dredgers.

It's possible these sporelings are a subspecies of the main group given their unique skin tones and living in a cavern rather than the large mushrooms of Sporeggar.
Msshi'fn mentions in [64] Glowcap Mushrooms that he collects Glowcaps to "trade with other sporelings". However, there are no other populations of sporelings outside Sporeggar other than the sporeloks (and the likely resource-less Sporeling Refugees). The sporeloks may be the implied other population/faction/tribe of sporelings for them to trade with.
