The Swollen Murloc Egg can be fished up from open water in Highmountain and from Highmountain Salmon Schools, with an increased chance to be caught while using an 
[Arcane Lure]. It is also sold by Akule Riverhorn for 25 
.
When this item is used, it will summon a Swamprock Tadpole, who will bestow a buff (Blessing of the Murlocs) on the user; lasting two minutes, this buff enables one to catch 
[Mountain Puffer]. If this item is used after having obtained the 
[Underlight Angler], one will instead be able to catch Mountain Puffer.
