For example, my level 6 mule has the quest, and can see the

- You're phased out of all Horde content during the last couple quests in the Wrathgate chain. Finish the Battle of the Undercity and you'll be able to talk to him. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 19:13, 8 February 2009 (UTC)
