Accordying to the Book "The Mogu and the Trogg", grummles were created from troggs. Here is the link with screenshots, i'll later make the book about it.[1]--Ashbear160 (talk) 15:15, 15 June 2012 (UTC)

And, according with the template, that indicates they are created by titans? I doubt so... --Petrovic (talk) 17:44, 24 August 2012 (UTC)
If they are a form of trogg derivative, then I would say that they were.--SWM2448 18:00, 24 August 2012 (UTC)
That's the idea, if they are a derivative of a titan created race, they are counted as a titanic creation in the template--Ashbear160 (talk) 18:46, 24 August 2012 (UTC)
Then, we should add the forsaken because humans were created by titans but were 'altered' by the plague.--Petrovic (talk) 12:02, 28 August 2012 (UTC)
We didn't add types Undead because they are not really sapient races but more of a state or in some cases constructs.(which is the reason i don't want Leper Gnomes here but people insisted on them)
When it comes to the Forsaken, they are a nationality and not a race. This includes Undead humans, elves and Gnomes and probably other races too.--Ashbear160 (talk) 17:52, 28 August 2012 (UTC)

Origin[]

It seems that the Chronicle retconned their origin. Page 82-83: When existing slaves perished or proved inefficient, Lei Shen shaped new ones with the power of the Engine of Nalak´sha. This led to the creation of myriad beings, such as the diminutive yet resilient grummles and the barbaric, reptilian saurok. --Mordecay (talk) 15:57, 21 April 2016 (UTC)

The mogu timeline as portrayed in Mists of Pandaria is inherently contradictory as it is, so I gave up trying to give it a full write-up. Calling it a retcon might not be fair, but it might nail down the "correct" interpretation.--SWM2448 19:57, 21 April 2016 (UTC)
