Unknown meaning?

Are you kidding? It's pretty plain as to what it represents. The bronzish/brass icon would be a symbol of the draenei, as many other draenei related factions use odd curved lines and so forth. In fact, it's just a shattered version of the  [Aldori Legacy Defender]. The gems represent the draenei affinity for gem-based technology, enhancements and whatnot. It being broken would most likely represent they are a broken people. Once living in a Utopian society and having mastered arcane magic, they were brought down by their own kind and now the Exiled Ones are, or were, continuously on the run from their corrupted brethren.
