See also section[]

Sargeras and the Betrayal is not relevant enough to include mention of the in-game book under a "See also". The only tidbit that possibly matters is "Despite his growing unease, Sargeras rid the universe of the <eredar> warlocks by trapping them within a corner of the Twisting Nether." (Bracket added.)

That's it. If it has to be mentioned, then it should be as a byline somewhere in the article other than "See also". (Once Legion is in full swing, there'll probably be much more relevant lore to include than a majorly retconned book that confuses newcomers.) -- Alayea (talk / contrib) 19:48, 28 August 2015 (UTC)

No. In his fury, Sargeras shattered the prisons of the <eredar> and the Nathrezim and set the loathsome demons free. How is that book retconned beyond the eredar issue (admittedly a major issue, but not in terms of the prison itself or Sargeras' motives)? This location is ripped from that book just as much as the prison itself is ripped from the planet.--SWM2448 00:08, 29 August 2015 (UTC)
Somehow all this time, I missed the fact that there was a scroll bar in quoted book text. Reading the rest of the book, yes, I am in the wrong. -- Alayea (talk / contrib) 21:04, 29 August 2015 (UTC)

Name[]

From what I've seen from the alpha, currently the full name of the zone is "Mardum, the Shattered Abyss" rather than just "Mardum". Should the page be moved? -- IconSmall TrollDeathKnight Male DeludedTroll (talkcontribs) 15:56, 24 November 2015 (UTC)

On the fence about it. Technically it is the full zone name, but we also know from given lore that the world wasn't always "shattered". Additionally, for me, it doesn't seem so much a name as a descriptive title. I think it should be left where it is since it's still rather early. -- Alayea (talk / contrib) 18:43, 25 November 2015 (UTC)
Why not a simple redirect? Shammiesgun (talk) 19:38, 25 November 2015 (UTC)
