Which exact quest required?[]
Does anyone know exactly which quest completion opens up thisskill? You don't really get it from the quest giver, I think, but a rogue trainer at level 20. --

[Shiv] should be mentioned on this page, as it is directly related to poison, it is a common tactic for rogues to place crippling poison on their offhand weapon, allowing them to shiv opponents and instantly apply it, thus preventing escape
Curse of Tongues[]
It would be handy to state on this page if Mind-numbing Poison stacks with CoT or not (I believe not, but not tested it myself). And if it doesn't stack, confirm/state that it doesn't over-write CoT (or vice versa)
