Is it "Sayaad" or "Sayaadi"? Rolandius Paladin.gif (talk - contr) 11:43, 18 April 2009 (UTC)

I'm pretty sure the holographic display in the Exodar says Sayaad, and I'm not sure what the adjective is. -_Ragestorm (talk · contr) 13:17, 18 April 2009 (UTC)
Well the category is calling it "Sayaadi" so someone decided the adjective is "Sayaadi"... Rolandius Paladin.gif (talk - contr) 13:25, 25 June 2009 (UTC)

According to the UVG, Succubi is another term for Sayaad (Sayaad (Succubus): While there are many sayaad, or succubi, that loyally serve the Burning Legion...) --Mordecay (talk) 12:35, 27 November 2015 (UTC)

Seems like we're gonna have to undo the merge :
Clear distinction between Sayaad and Succubi : all Succubi are Sayaad, but not all Sayaad are Succubi. Like before, Sayad includes both Succubi and Incubi. -- MyMindWontQuiet (talk) 22:40, 29 March 2017 (UTC)
Or should we just merge Incubus with Sayaad as well, and leave a distinct section for the males? This is kind of like having separate pages for male and female orcs. -Cannibeans (talk) 22:43, 29 March 2017 (UTC)
Yeah just merge incubus. No other race at all has different articles between male and female. In fact, I thought it was already merged at some point? When did it separate again? ReignTG (talk) 22:52, 29 March 2017 (UTC)
If the race is called Sayaad, the changes made to the categories is fine as is. Yeah it'll probably be fine to just have both succubus and incubus under the Sayaad article. PeterWind (talk) 06:16, 30 March 2017 (UTC)
I vote for merging incubus in Sayaad as well. We have no idea what this NPC exactly said and I'm tired of having extremely vague articles based on a single line of dialog. There is also the matter of people becoming succubi without being born as a Sayaad, but I think this deserve more of a section here than a whole new page. Xporc (talk) 07:16, 30 March 2017 (UTC)
I believe that's how it was before, the page was called Sayaad and there was a redirect to Succubus or something. That was changed by someone because there weren't enough evidence to them that incubi were canon and that really Sayaad wasn't just a synonym for Succubus, but now it's indisputable. -- MyMindWontQuiet (talk) 08:14, 30 March 2017 (UTC)
I don't understand the problem? Sayaad is the name of the species, like Annihilan is the real name of the pit lords, and both succubi and incubi are sayaadi. Some people can be transformed into succubus like how some people can be transformed into felguards, but these are extremely borderline cases. Xporc (talk) 08:25, 30 March 2017 (UTC)
There's no problem, I was agreeing with you.
As suggested above, this page should have Succubus and Incubus sections. -- MyMindWontQuiet (talk) 13:37, 30 March 2017 (UTC)
