Yes, becouse you need rev with KoT to get the quest with the vials, and when you turn them in you get friendly rep with SotS, wich is the _only_ requirement to get into hyjal

So, how do we get from friendly with SotS, to honored/revered/exalted? I believe that killing trash and bosses in Mount Hyjal gives rep for SotS? Might be a good idea to add information about this, if it's true. The rewards (epic lvl70 rings) from SotS are amazing, many players will be trying to get them in the furure.
