Now, I shouldn't complain, because it's a pretty easy quest, especially if you have a Skinner who got a heap of Clefthoof meat while farming leather. I think The Rokk is stuck. For four days straight (on Silver Hand at least) he's offered Soup For The Soul. Now, I shouldn't complain, because it's a pretty easy quest, especially if you have a Skinner who got a heap of Clefthoof meat while farming leather.
