Creators of the Old Gods?
On the Old Gods-page it was recently added that the Old Gods were in fact created by the Void Lords. I believe the source is that new Chronicles Volume 1-book. Anyway, I wondered who the Void Lords are. I mean there are Void lords (lower case "l"), who are like slightly cooler Voidwalkers. And then there are these guys - fallen Naarus and known as the most powerful Void creatures encountered. This would make more sense, even though the other ones are named identically, one of these Void Gods was even named Void Lord. So, is there an official answer to this, or are we left in the dust, curious and wondering again? --Amargaard (talk) 16:59, 22 March 2016 (UTC)
- It's pretty clear that it's a new type of being. It's stated in Chronicle that the reason that the void lords created the Old Gods is because they can't actually manifest in the physical realm, so they sent the Old Gods to find a world-soul, corrupt it, and transform it into a being capable of opening the way for them. Doesn't seem to be same thing as the void gods or the voidwalker-like void lords. -- DeludedTroll (talk • contribs) 17:37, 22 March 2016 (UTC)
