Two Tarren Mill Horses can be found in the stables south of Tarren Mill in Old Hillsbrad Foothills, alongside Young Blanchy. One of the horses, referred to as Old Bessy in dialogue,[1] is regularly fed apples and taken on walks by the Tarren Mill Horsehand, eliciting jealousy from Blanchy.

The Tarren Mill Horsehand will periodically enter the stable and feed the horse in the central pen.
- Tarren Mill Horsehand says: Here, Bessy, enjoy this apple while I get you ready.
- Tarren Mill Horsehand feeds Bessy the bright red apple.
- Young Blanchy stomps her foot jealously.
After admonishing Blanchy, the horsehand leads Bessy out of the stable and takes her on a walk clockwise around the entirety of Tarren Mill, a trip which takes around 4 minutes and 30 seconds in total. Upon returning to the stable, Bessy walks back into her pen while the horsehand heads back out.

- Bessy whinneys[sic] happily.
