Torloth the Magnificent can be found in Shadowmoon Valley. He is a powerful warrior of the Crimson Sigil and like several other members he is wearing a Blood Knight outfit but it is unknown if he was part of the order. He spawns during 
[25-30] Battle of the Crimson Watch.
