Under-King Anub'et'kan is the current leader of the scourge populating the ruins of Icemist Village. Players must kill him during the 
[72] Strength of Icemist quest chain. It should be noted that an entrance into Azjol'Nerub is near Icemist Village which is probably the reason why most of the scourge in the ruins are Undead Nerubians.
