- Coating your weapons and armor in the Waters of Elune confers a 10% bonus damage against the naga.
Only active while you remain in The Throne of the Tides.
Waters of Elune is a buff given to members of a player group within the Throne of the Tides when one of their members with Archaeology completes Waters of Elune (quest).
Notes
- Obtaining this buff requires the use of a [Highborne Scroll].
- The quest must be completed again anytime players return to the instance.
