Wavespeaker Adelee is a pandaren located at Neptulon's Rise in Throne of the Tides. She was the one who searched for 
[Sharas'dal, Scepter of Tides], but was unfortunately captured when see tracked the staff to the Abyssal Maw. She was later rescued by Erunak Stonespeaker, the Farseer and Grash and together they claimed the staff from Lady Zithreen.
She is later found in the Heart of Azeroth.
