Witch Doctor Mau'ari is a level 55 quest giver located in Snowden Chalet in the contested territory of Winterspring. She once gave quests that involved gathering E'ko of all kinds of different types for her, which she then trades for buff items. Now just killing the creatures in Winterspring will give the buffs. She was previously located in Everlook and before that in Orgrimmar.
