World of Warcraft Remote was an additional set of features available with the World of Warcraft Mobile Armory primarily including Remote Auction House access and Remote Guild Chat communication. It costs US$2.99 or £2.49 (? €) per month.

As of August 23 - 24, 2012, the subscription was no longer required to access remote Guild Chat and remote Auction House features.[1]

On April 4, 2018, it was announced that the remote Auction House would be retired the following 18th. The API itself will still be available for community sites that use it for tracking data (such as prices).[2] It was later stated that the remote Auction House was ending due to seeing little usage by players and thus not worth the time spent maintaining it.[3]
