Vote on adding "fake spam cleaners" to definition

Proposal
  • Add the following to the vandalism definition:
Pretending to remove other vandalism content in order to prevent cleaning. This includes minor edits or minor removals while leaving a bulk of unwanted content ("spam"), but making a comment as if you removed the unwanted content.

Votes

Yes:

  1. Yes Cigawoot 15:13, 17 March 2006 (EST) - (I agree, it's annoying when I've gotta check the "fixes" to make sure they're really fixed.)
  2. Yes Fandyllic 12 AM PST 27 Mar 2006 - (Admins have already defacto made this part of the definition, but might as well make it official.)
  3. Yes TheMaster42 23:54, 5 May 2006 (EDT) - ()
  4. Yes User:TopDread 02:48, 14 May 2006 (EDT) - (no comment)
  5. Yes Zsinj 17:09, 15 May 2006 (EDT) - (I'm suprised this isn't already part of a "including but not limited to" clause)
  6. Yes Tidywave 13:25, 16 May 2006 (EDT) - (Attempting to circumvent one of the best tool admins have for abuse control is pretty low.)
  7. Yes Manaman 16:40, 19 May 2006 (EDT) - ()

NOTE: This vote has met the vote minimum (5 votes) and the vote ratio (at least 3:1 in favor) adn now needs to wait the vote closed time of 3 days before the proposal gets integrated into the vandalism definition. --Fandyllic 10:39 AM PDT 16 May 2006
