Zarcsin is one of several possible demons that can be summoned when inserting 35 Apexis Shards in to a Fel Crystal Prism found at either Forge Camp: Wrath or Forge Camp: Terror. He is mostly a tank and spank fight, but he does a fire cone AoE called Fel Flames that hits for roughly 700 damage every second for 3 or 4 seconds so keep him faced away from rest of the group. He enrages at 50% health.
