Aderic was a human who was a Gilnean patriarch. He is buried at Aderic's Repose at the top of the hill. When the Gilneans retreated from Gilneas City through the Undertaker's Pass and into the Repose, they disturbed the graves of their ancestors, forcing their spirits to rise from their graves. Krennan Aranas sought his blessing by offering and placing the Blessed Offerings on his grave in hopes of calming the risen Gilnean spirits. He appears to have accepted the offer as the spirits returned to the grave.[1]
