Allaris Narassin is a nightborne located at Baradin Hold in Tol Barad. A member of the Shadow Council, Allaris is the brother of the Highborne Athrikus Narassin who once led the Cult of the Dark Strand.[1] Allaris was sent to find the Eye of Dalaran for Gul'dan to use in conjunction with the 
[Scepter of Sargeras] and Book of Medivh, and after delivering it was killed by an adventurer who had pretended to join the Shadow Council in order to retrieve the Scepter of Sargeras for themselves.

Corruption — Corrupts nearby enemies, inflicting Shadow damage every 3 sec. for 15 sec.- Demon Armor — Protects the caster, reducing Physical damage taken, and increasing the amount of health generated through spells and effects by 20%. Only one type of Armor spell can be active at any time. Lasts 30 min.
- Drain Life — Drains health from an enemy over 5 sec., transferring it to the caster.
- Shadow Bolt — Hurls a bolt of dark magic at an enemy, inflicting Shadow damage.

- In the Legion alpha, it was Athrikus himself who was at Tol Barad, only to be replaced by Allaris in beta.
- A remnant of this may exist in Allaris' dialogue, as he comments on the small-minded efforts of the Alliance and Horde with "as usual". This is odd, as a nightborne would have never experienced the work of the Alliance and Horde to make such a claim.
- Allaris' sound files are still named for Athrikus.
- He wields a staff with the same model as the [Staff of Infinite Mysteries].
- Allaris is voiced by André Sogluizzo.
