Arcane Heart is an Azerite trait available to all classes. It can only be found on Azerite Armor created from Benthic tokens or found in the Eternal Palace.

Although the tooltip states that Omnipotence will increase your highest stat, it can only increase secondary stats, not primary ones.

Hotfix (2019-07-29):
- Increased the secondary stat amount granted from Arcane Heart by 15%.
- Fixed an issue that caused the healing from Arcane Heart to be lost as overhealing for players at or near full health.
Hotfix (2019-07-23):
- Fixed a bug that caused some damage and healing effects to go uncounted by this Azerite Trait.
- Damage and healing counted to activate Omnipotence is no longer counted while Omnipotence is active.
