Cap of Raiden

Created by the pandaren geomancer Raiden, these caps are wide and slightly conical, woven from specially treated bambus reed. Iron wire threads though the cap in a lightning-like pattern. Inside of the conical cap is a series of painted sigils. These sigils combined with the iron thread give the cap its power. Once charged, the threads glimmer with soft blue light. The cap offers resistance to electricity. It can also store electricity as charges, which can then be extended to to deliver a shokcing attack.

Trivia

This may be a reference to the Mortal Kombat series, where a character called Raiden possesses electrical powers and wears a Conical "Coolie" hat.
