Captain Beld is a Dark Iron dwarf found in the basement of Ironband's Compound in Dun Morogh. He leads the Dark Iron forces there in preparation for an attack on Ironforge. He is presumably serving under General Grimaxe.
Background
A band of Dark Iron dwarves was led by Captain Beld with the intention of stealing the 
[Umbral Ore] in Master Ironband's possession, and his militia attacked the compound, killing everyone. Since then, he has been placed in charge of a band of Dark Iron Spies and holds the 
[Dark Iron Attack Plans].
