Dazzerian is the Horde Ashran Quartermaster.
Found in the Warspear Keep of Warspear Outpost in a small room to the right of the Horde generals, Dazzerian sells a variety of useful Ashran-only items with special effects, mostly in exchange for 
[Artifact Fragment]. Item effects include invisibility, anti-invisibility, putting players to sleep, reducing mob aggro range, instant mounting, and viewing players' collections of Artifact Fragment and other special items.
