Defias Prisoners were hostile level 23 elite human prisoners located in Stormwind Stockades prior to the Cataclysm. They used to run away in fear at low health.
Abilities
Disarm — Disarms an enemy, forcing it to stop wielding its weapon for 5 sec.- Kick — A quick kick that interrupts spellcasting and prevents any spell in that school from being cast for 5 sec.

Defias Prisoners could also be found at the Stormwind Harbor, escorted by four Stormwind City Guards from The Bravery to the Stormwind Stockade. In that case he is friendly and cannot be aggroed or attacked. Since they are no longer located in the instance, it can be assumed that the Prisoner died shortly after being put into the Stockades.
