Patch changes

• Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Removed.
  
• Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Divine Insight is now Holy only. Its previous effect for Shadow priests is now available through [Shadowy Insight]. Discipline priests can now choose [Spirit Shell] in place of their previous version of Divine Insight.
  
• Patch 5.4.0 (2013-09-10): Divine Insight for Discipline Priests now has a 100% chance to activate its effect after using [Penance] (up from 40%), and now displays an effect in the UI when it's active.
  
• Hotfix (2012-10-01): The Shadow version of Divine Insight no longer procs for Holy or Discipline priests.
  
• Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Added.
