Divinity is a talent in the Protection tree, you will need to spend 3 points in Protection to max it. This talent increases healing done by you and done to you by a percentage of any heal you receive.

Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Removed. 
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Divinity is now a 3 Ranks talent, down from 5 Ranks. Increases all healing done by you and all healing effects on you by 2/4/6%. (Up from 1/2/3/4/5%) - Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): Added.
