Dreadscar Jailers are jailers located in Dalaran's Underbelly imprisoning the members of the Council of the Black Harvest. They later reappeared on Dreadscar Rift.
Abilities

- Willbreaker - Throws a fel-infused punch, inflicting Fire damage.
