Forums: Village pump → Proposal to change links from wowarmory to battle.net

So battle.net's been up for several days now, and looks to be much better than wowarmory. Everything loads much faster, and its more stable than wowarmory ever was. Changes to a char's gear takes only minutes on battle.net, while wowarmory still lags behind by days.

While the entire site isn't up yet, the items are all up and have been for days. As such I believe we should switch from using wowarmory to battle.net in {{elinks-item}}.

We'll need to make the switch sooner or later, as once battle.net is up fully they'll be removing wowarmory completely. Battle.net is also a true database; Stage 3 items from Elemental Unrest are already up on battle.net, however they're not up on wowarmory yet as they haven't been seen on servers yet.
