G.E.A.R. Tracking Beacon is a quest reward from 
[50-70] G.E.A.R. Up. It is functionally identical to—and shares a cooldown with—the 
[Flight Master's Whistle], except the Flight Master's Mount it summons always has the appearance of a First Squadron Prototype piloted by one of the members of G.E.A.R. (Cog Captain Winklespring, Fizzi Tinkerbow, or Emaedi Autoblast).
