Guo-Lai Runestones can be found on the walls of the Ruins of Guo-Lai in northwest Vale of Eternal Blossoms.

Notes
No longer required for any quests, clicking the object now grants the debuff Rune of Ascendancy. This lasts for 5 minutes and increases to a maximum of 5 stacks, with each additional stack refreshing the duration. Leaving the Vale will remove this effect.
Patch changes
Patch 5.4.0 (2013-09-10): Removed as an item. Now gives a spell effect. - Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Added.
