Isirami Fairwind is a high elf and is the main innkeeper of the alliance inn A Hero's Welcome which is found in Dalaran. Players who talk to her during Hallow's End can receive a trick or treat.
History
After the formation of the Kirin Tor Offensive, Isirami can be found on The Seabolt and at Violet Rise on the Isle of Thunder. She also appears to collect the Juicycrunch Carrots the player has grown at Sunsong Ranch as part of a work order, thanking them on behalf of the Kirin Tor.
She also appears in Dalaran when it was relocated above the Broken Shore.
