- Because of this, it has been speculated that Lorewalker Cheech may have been an agent of the bronze dragonflight. During a Q&A with Blizzard developers, the reply was "Q: Only time will tell ;-)"[1]
- The Ultimate Visual Guides do not list Cheech as a relative of Lorewalker Cho.
- Cheech and Chong are a reference to the comic duo of Cheech & Chong.
