Madam Konawla is a Zandalari troll located in the Lost Spirit Lounge in Dazar'alor. She runs the fortunetelling parlor, along with her two assistants: Vessel Iluna and Vessel Zetoa.

When the traitorous prophet Zul and Mythrax attacked the city, Konawla was cornered by the invading sethrak. She was rescued by the Speaker of the Horde and joined the fight alongside Princess Talanji.^[1]

During the Faction Assault on Drustvar, Madam Konawla aids Rokhan and Master Gadrin in conducting a ritual that imbues adventurers with the ancient powers of trolls in order to fight against the Alliance's Purified forces.^[2]

During Talanji's coronation, riots erupted in the Zocalo, and Konawla was defend facing off against a Rioting Zocalo Drudge.
