The Palewind Chief is the deceased leader of the decimated Palewind tribe of yaungol. He can be found in Hatred's Vice, lying in a pool of the oil that the yaungol so covet.[1] He and his people died when Suna Silentstrike came, bringing with her the Sha of Hatred. Possessed by hatred, he could not maintain order, and his people slaughtered themselves.[2]
