Peaceful Offering
There is a Peaceful Offering next to each of the four Tribal Stones in the Burial Fields in southwestern Shadowmoon Valley. The tribal stones are quest objectives for 
[10-40] The Dark that Blinds Us, offered by Loreseeker Heidii. Each chest contains a 
[Shadowmoon Offering], 10-20x 
[Garrison Resources], and will debuff the player for 10 minutes with "Desecrator: Your desecration of the Shadowmoon Clan's burial grounds has not gone unnoticed."
Tracking quest
To check whether this chest has been looted, copy and paste this command into the chat window:
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(<ID>))
If a "true" appears in the chat window, this chest has been looted; "false" indicates the opposite.
