Patch changes

• Patch 10.0.7 (2023-03-21): Now removes all Poisons effects from the target (was 1).
  
• Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Re-added as a row 9 class talent (was a level 22 ability). Now pulses every 1.5 seconds (was every 5 seconds) for 6 seconds (was 2 minutes).
  
• Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): Poison Cleansing Totem and [Disease Cleansing Totem] have been merged with into [Cleansing Totem]. Cleansing Totem pulses every 3 sec, down from 5.
  
• Patch 1.11.0 (2006-06-19): Duration has been increased for ranks 1 through 4.
  
• Patch 1.9.0 (2006-01-03): Mana cost now based on a percentage of base mana.
  
• Patch 0.7 (2004-06-15): Moved to level 22.
