Scalding Water Lord is a water revenant summoned for the Horde quest 
[5-30] Full of Hot Water.
Under his picture in the quest frame, it says, "Alternative recreational uses for scalding water elementals have proven too dangerous to pursue on a commercial level." Additionally, one of his abilities called Boiling Burn increases fire damage taken by 25%, with the flavor text, "Danger: Elementals may be scalding hot!"
