Seal of Wisdom is a Paladin ability that gives the Paladin a chance to restore 4% of the Paladin's maximum mana upon each melee hit or [Judgment]. The buff lasts for 30 minutes and cannot be dispelled. It is learned at level 38 for 1 60.
Improvements
- [Glyph of the Wise] reduces the mana cost of Seal of Wisdom by 50%.
- [Glyph of Seal of Wisdom] reduces the cost of healing spells by 5% while active.
Tips and tricks
- This seal is ideal for use by Holy Paladins as it generates no threat while in use and reduces the cost of healing spells by 5% while used with [Glyph of Seal of Wisdom]. The procs on the seal allow for considerable mana regeneration, making this seal even more valuable.
Notes
During beta, this spell was briefly removed in favor of [Wisdom Aura].
Patch changes
- Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Seal of Wisdom and Seal of Light has been replaced by [Seal of Insight] which merges their effects. To be exact, Seal of Light was transformed into Seal of Insight which also gained Seal of Wisdom's effect, while Seal of Wisdom was removed.
- Patch 1.4.0 (2005-04-19): Seal of Wisdom and Seal of Light should now replace each other properly as well as stack properly when used by different paladins.
- Patch 1.1.0 (2004-11-07): Added.
