Location
The items that form these sets are purchased with Arena and Honor points, or Emblems of Frost.
Koralon the Flame Watcher drops legs and gloves of any class and spec in 25-man and Toravon the Ice Watcher drops them in 10-man.
Notes
These sets are part of the arena season 7 rewards which can be viewed under Season 7 Arena rewards. They can be purchased at the underbelly in Dalaran and in Gadgetzan.
