Soulbinder Tuulani is an Auchenai soul priest first encountered in Talador. She becomes a follower after the Auchindoun chapter of the Talador storyline is complete.
History
Tuulani watches over a dead Nyami.
Soulbinder Tuulani lost her family at a young age. Exarch Maladaar took the bright and eager draenei under his wing and raised her as his own.[1]
When the Shadow Council began their invasion of Auchindoun, Tuulani traveled to the Tomb of Lights to retrieve crystal pylons capable of heightening Auchindoun's defenses. She then accompanies either Exarch Maladaar or Lady Liadrin to their respective camps, where she begins to worry about Soulbinder Nyami's single focus on recovering the Heart of Auchindoun. She is sent by Nyami to Telmor to get the final fragment. She arrived there only to find the town under the attack of the Shadow Council.
Tuulani and Astalor Bloodsworn then accompany Maladaar and Liadrin to Retribution Point when 
[Leafshadow] is returned to the Auchenai, though remain behind when their leaders leave to back up the player in Xandros.
Gul'dan and Teron'gor, using information provided to them by a traitor within the Auchenai, seized the opportunity to enter Auchindoun and slaughtered their way into the precinct. Tuulani survived, and pledged to join the player as a follower between her duties.
Tuulani is later met in the Auchindoun dungeon, serving as the party's guide. While giving a tour, she comes across the aforementioned traitor—Soulbinder Nyami—who strangles Tuulani with a void spell before she can interfere with the traitor's plans. The Sargerei cast off their roles and stage an uprising within Auchindoun, and Tuulani leaves to rally the loyal vindicators and soul priests and keep them safe. After Teron'gor is fought off, Tuulani, while disheartened by this turn of events, resolves that the draenei will never allow their souls to be taken.
Some time afterwards, she greeted Yrel who entered Auchindoun to undergo The Trial of Faith.
She can also be seen watching fights between garrison commanders in the Coliseum of Highmaul.
