Scenario: Stay of Execution
Warlords of Draenor Bloodmaul Slag Mines loading screen appears. The player appears in the Baine Rescue version of the Siege of Orgrimmar's Underhold map.
Stage 1 – It Begins
- Description: Get past the guards at the end of the passage.
- Defeat the guards (2)
- Thrall and Varok run forward.
- Thrall says: I have not walked these halls since we faced Garrosh.
- Varok Saurfang says: Vol'jin reopened these halls to provide shelter when the Legion invaded.
- Varok Saurfang says: Now Sylvanas uses them to train her elite soldiers and build her Azerite weapons.
- They stop in front of a closed gate and two Underhold Elite Guards.
- Underhold Elite Guard says: Halt! This area is off limits!
- Thrall says: Stay your hand. We're only here to--
- Underhold Elite Guard says: That's Saurfang! Kill the traitors!
- Varok leaps at the talking guard, killing her. The other one turns hostile and attacks.
Stage 2 – Under Watchful Eyes
- Description: Avoid the guards as you cross the room with Thrall and Saurfang.

- Magister Hathorel says: Have you forgotten the purge of Dalaran, murderer? Today, the Sunreavers will be avenged.

Stage 10 – It's a Trap!

After Lyani is dead, follow Jaina Proudmoore who uses Glacial Ray to destroy the shields around Elite Battlemages. Kill them and interact with Inhibitor Crystals to continue.
Shaw jumps on a pole and works on the locks.
- Lady Jaina Proudmoore says: I'll disrupt the shields protecting those mages. You destroy the focus crystals!
- Lady Jaina Proudmoore says: Over here! I'll bring down the shield from this one next!
- Lady Jaina Proudmoore says: I can feel their spell weakening. We need to take down all four crystals!
When Magister Hathorel casts Annihilation, use the extra button Ice Block.

Final Stage – Destination: Anywhere But Here
- Take the portal out
When Hathorel is defeated, he summons an Ice Block for himself. A cutscene plays. At this point, the quest objective is complete.

- Jaina Proudmoore says: Stay close. I'll get us out.
- Jaina teleports the group out of the Underhold.
A cinematic plays.
- The group materializes in Mulgore, overlooking Thunder Bluff. Jaina walks to forward. Thrall looks at her, then at his friends. Varok gestures towards her. Thrall walks to Jaina.
- Thrall: Thank you.
- Thrall: Baine would've died
- Thrall: without your aid.
- Jaina Proudmoore: I couldn't let that happen.
- Thrall: Nor could I.
- Thrall: I refuse to fail him
- Thrall: like I... failed his father.

- Lor'themar Theron says: Proudmoore and Shaw risked their lives to rescue Baine? Unexpected.
- First Arcanist Thalyssra says: Is it? Not long ago, Alliance and Horde fought together to liberate Suramar from the Legion.
- Lor'themar Theron says: Cooperation between our sides has been the exception, not the rule. More often, we are at each other's throats.
- First Arcanist Thalyssra says: That animosity only benefits Azshara. Her power is considerable. Divided, we are no match for her--or the master she serves.
- Lor'themar Theron says: Sylvanas has the loyalty of the people. So long as she is warchief, this war will rage within their hearts. We cannot stop it.
- First Arcanist Thalyssra says: Perhaps we do not need to. It might be enough to direct our attacks against Azshara rather than the Alliance.
- Lor'themar Theron says: That plan would infuriate Blightcaller... which makes me like it all the more. Hmm... "It stops when you turn from one another and walk away..."

- Lor'themar Theron says: A lesson that Jaina Proudmoore and I needed to learn. Your counsel is wise, Thalyssra. Our focus must be on ending Azshara's reign.
